Party Plug Event Co. – Terms of Service

Welcome to Party Plug Event Co. By booking our services, making a payment, or using our website or social media platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Your event date is not reserved until the required deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your event without a refund.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed with a deposit.

  • Quotes are valid for the time period specified by Party Plug Event Co.

  • Additional services requested after booking may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • All payments made toward event services are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the client.

  • If Party Plug Event Co. is unable to provide services due to circumstances within our control, we will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution.

4. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made as soon as possible.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

  • Approved date changes may be subject to additional fees.

5. Event Access

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring Party Plug Event Co. has timely access to the event venue.

  • Delays caused by restricted access, venue policies, or client-related issues may reduce setup time and are not the responsibility of Party Plug Event Co.

6. Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup and breakdown times are determined by Party Plug Event Co. based on the services booked.

  • Clients must ensure the venue remains available for the scheduled setup and breakdown periods.

  • Additional charges may apply if extended setup or breakdown time is required due to client or venue delays.

7. Rentals & Equipment

  • Any rental items provided remain the property of Party Plug Event Co.

  • Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, excessive damage, or misuse of rental equipment during the rental period.

  • Replacement or repair costs may be charged for damaged or missing items.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details.

  • Ensure a safe working environment for our team.

  • Obtain any required venue approvals or permits.

  • Inform Party Plug Event Co. of any venue restrictions before the event date.

9. Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Party Plug Event Co. may photograph or record completed event setups for use in marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

Party Plug Event Co. is not responsible for:

  • Venue-related issues or restrictions.

  • Weather conditions affecting outdoor events.

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors.

  • Injuries, accidents, or property damage not caused by the negligence of Party Plug Event Co.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or other force majeure events.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Party Plug Event Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client or guest engages in unsafe, threatening, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or property.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request, signing a service agreement, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
